What it does

How the picks are made
For every hairstyle and set of answers, the picks were prepared in advance using AI, based on our product details, photos and real customer reviews. There's no live chatbot deciding for you, and AI-generated styling photos are clearly labeled — they're never the reason a pin is picked.
Each pick tells you why it suits your hairstyle, alongside a review from a customer who bought that same pin. Reviews marked KR are translated from our customers in Korea.
